Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting for CCT projects
  • Support budgeting and planning activities, ensuring effective use of CCT funds
  • Manage accounting entries, journals, and ensure audit readiness
  • Monitor global CCT budgets and provide variance analysis
  • Guide field teams on financial policies and procedures
  • Assist with financial year-end processes
  • Foster strong working relationships across internal teams

Key Skills:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field, or part-qualified in a recognised accountancy qualification (e.g., CCAB)
  • Solid experience in project budgeting, planning, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Understanding of multi-currency accounting systems
  • Strong attention to detail, initiative, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally
  • Experience with NGO grant partners and basic proficiency in French, Spanish, or Portuguese is desirable

Overview: Our client is seeking a Finance Officer to support the Church & Community Transformation (CCT) team. This role is vital for maintaining high standards in financial planning, reporting, and monitoring across global CCT projects. The postholder will ensure timely delivery of project financials, manage multi-currency budgets, and provide key financial insights to stakeholders and management.
