Key Responsibilities:

- Guide field teams on financial policies and procedures
- Assist with financial year-end processes
- Foster strong working relationships across internal teams
Key Skills:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field, or part-qualified in a recognised accountancy qualification (e.g., CCAB)
- Solid experience in project budgeting, planning, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Understanding of multi-currency accounting systems
- Strong attention to detail, initiative, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally
- Experience with NGO grant partners and basic proficiency in French, Spanish, or Portuguese is desirable
