Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure company data is accurately processed, recorded, and maintained.
  • Provide a stable and robust data set with extremely high levels of accuracy.
  • Adhere to master data processes in conjunction with processing master data requests.
  • Keep user documentation up to date with changes made to the system.
  • Assist in the development and documentation of business policies and processes.
  • Maintain effective communication with the group finance shared service through regular meetings and feedback.
  • Assist the group finance centre manager to ensure that adequate system controls are in place.
  • Perform any other duties as reasonably requested.

Key Skills:

  • Experience within a similar Master Data Administration role.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Aptitude for relating to all levels of staff.
  • Experience of validating master data submission.
  • Experience of dealing with end users at all levels of the business.
  • Knowledge of the COINS system is desirable but not essential.

This is a part time role which will consist of 18.5 hour working week. You will be required to work 5 days per week, Monday to Friday with flexibility on working times.

Joining our team as a part time Group Finance Master Data Administrator, you will be responsible for the control and accurate management of master data ensuring the processing and safekeeping as required by the company. You will be responsible for providing support in relation to any business application issues raised by our colleagues. You will also be required to record, monitor and resolve issues through to completion, ensuring that the system and master data is accurate and available to the business within a timely manner.

Key duties and requirements You will also be responsible for but not limited to; Ensure company data is accurately processed, recorded and maintained. Provide a stable and robust data set with extremely high levels of accuracy. Ensure master data process are adhered to in conjunction with processing master data requests. Keeping user documentation up to date with changes made to the system. Assisting in the development and documentation of business policies and processes. Maintain effective communication with the group finance shared service through regular meetings and feedback. Assisting the group finance centre manager to ensure that adequate system controls are in place. Any other duties as reasonably requested.

Who are we looking for? As well as being able to demonstrate your experience within a similar Master Data Administration role previously, you must also possess an aptitude to combine strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to relate to all levels of staff, whilst also maintaining a keen desire to work in a quality driven business. You will also possess; Experience of validating master data submission. Experience of dealing with end users at all levels of the business. Knowledge of the COINS system is desirable but not essential.
