Finance Manager/Qualified Accountant (Interim Contract)
Renfrewshire | £250 - £350 per day | Office Based (5 Days) Contract until February 2027
Our client, a well-established and highly successful commercial organisation based in the Renfrewshire area, is seeking a Qualified Accountant to join their finance team on an interim basis through to the end of February 2027.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to step into a varied and hands-on role within a fast-paced environment, supporting the business through a key period while working closely with senior stakeholders and the wider finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Production of accurate and timely monthly management accounts
- Budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
- Preparation and submission of tax returns
- Liaising with external auditors and supporting year-end processes
- Supervising and developing transactional finance staff
- Reviewing financial controls and identifying process improvements
- Providing financial analysis and business partnering support to key stakeholders
- Supporting ongoing finance projects and operational initiatives
About You
- Fully qualified accountant (CA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Previous experience producing monthly management accounts within a commercial environment
- Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting experience
- Experience managing or supervising finance team members
- Exposure to multinational organisations would be highly advantageous
- Experience of using Workday is desirable but not essential
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently across all levels of the business
- Available to commit to a contract running until February 2027
