Finance Manager - (Interim)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Preparing financial reports such as management accounts, executive reporting, board reporting, and quarterly investor reporting.
• Producing statutory accounts and managing the audit process.
• Supporting tax reporting, including Corporate, R&D, and VAT.
• Enhancing the controls framework and maintaining strong governance.
• Assisting with ad-hoc transformation projects, including systems and process improvements.

Key Skills:

• Chartered accountant with a minimum of 2 years post-qualified experience.
• Experience in financial services or fintech preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and relevant accounting standards.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
