Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual management and statutory accounts for multiple entities.
  • Maintain robust financial reporting and controls framework, ensuring compliance with accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP a plus).
  • Oversee insurance funds, ensuring compliance with regulations and alignment with group and carrier requirements.
  • Monitor insurance balances and address issues promptly.
  • Manage bank payments and execute FX trades.
  • Oversee all tax, regulatory, and financial compliance matters, ensuring accurate and timely tax returns.
  • Lead and mentor a small finance team.
