Key Responsibilities:
- Support the contract accounting and management accounting teams.
- Business partnering with senior management, both financial and non-financial.
- Manage a team of 10, including performance management, recruitment, support, and development.
- Oversee forecasts and budget production.
- Ensure robust control and compliance procedures, documenting processes and accounting policies.
- Support month-end activities.
Key Skills:
- Management experience, ideally with a large team.
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage with financial and non-financial senior executives.
- Experience within a Group finance setting.
- Previous experience working at a Finance Manager level.
- Consideration for QBE, Part Qualified, or Qualified candidates.
- A hard worker who enjoys a fast-paced environment.
