Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the contract accounting and management accounting teams.
  • Business partnering with senior management, both financial and non-financial.
  • Manage a team of 10, including performance management, recruitment, support, and development.
  • Oversee forecasts and budget production.
  • Ensure robust control and compliance procedures, documenting processes and accounting policies.
  • Support month-end activities.

Key Skills:

  • Management experience, ideally with a large team.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage with financial and non-financial senior executives.
  • Experience within a Group finance setting.
  • Previous experience working at a Finance Manager level.
  • Consideration for QBE, Part Qualified, or Qualified candidates.
  • A hard worker who enjoys a fast-paced environment.
