Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Senior Finance Manager in financial reporting and management accounting.
- Assist in budgeting, regulatory reporting, and cost-sharing reporting to partner funds.
- Deliver operational finance and treasury activities.
- Provide financial support and advice to the company regarding alternative investments.
- Communicate complex financial matters clearly and effectively.
- Motivate and inspire junior finance team members.
- Manage competing priorities and deadlines under pressure.
