Key Responsibilities:
- Provide financial advice and modeling for budgets, financial plans, and project strategies.
- Develop risk assessment measures for high-demand projects and budgets.
- Monitor financial performance, identify budget variances, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Analyze forecasts from third-party partners and subcontractors.
- Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and final accounts as per IFRS.
- Prepare reports for directors and key decision-makers, highlighting financial impacts.
- Manage grant funding claims and loan drawdowns.
- Contribute to annual business plans, business cases, and funding bids.
- Document and improve finance processes, systems, and controls.
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and support LLP taxation matters.
- Develop relationships with directors, managers, and partners, providing financial presentations.
- Collaborate with project managers and specialists for strategic financial advice.
- Liaise with auditors and provide necessary financial data.
- Support business finance functions, including accounts payable/receivable and financial reporting.
- Maintain the finance system, including general ledger and control accounts.
- Monitor and manage cash flow and bank accounts.
Key Skills:
- Finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
