Key Responsibilities:
- Own the financial management and reporting for key service contracts
- Prepare monthly management accounts and variance analysis against budget/forecast
- Support with WIP, billing, accruals, and revenue recognition (POC or T&M)
- Act as a business partner to contract directors and operational leads
- Maintain strong controls around contract profitability and spend tracking
- Liaise with commercial and procurement teams to support contract renewals and margin performance
- Present financial performance to senior stakeholders and support audit requirements
Key Skills:
- Qualified accountant - ACA/CA/ACCA/CIMA
- Proven background in a contractual or project-based finance environment – e.g. property, FM, construction, infrastructure, or outsourcing sectors
- Strong working knowledge of revenue recognition, WIP, billing, and cost controls
- Confident business partner with excellent Excel and reporting skills
- Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced commercial setting

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering flexibility on start date and format (day rate or FTC), with a view to convert into a long-term role. You’ll work closely with operational teams and senior finance to ensure robust contract controls, accurate financial reporting, and commercial oversight across service lines.
