Interim Finance & Strategy Manager - Immediate Start

Location: Leeds, 3 days in office per week

Due to a period of annual leave and an increase in work load, our client is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to hit the ground running. The successful applicant will be a commercially astute and technically strong Finance Manager, able to support the growing finance function during a critical period of transformation. This short-term role offers the opportunity to lead FP&A, support M&A activity, and optimise our newly implemented ERP system. You'll manage and mentor a small team (including a Management Accountant), drive strategic initiatives, and strengthen financial controls and reporting.
