Summary: The Interim Finance & Strategy Manager role in Leeds requires an experienced Finance Manager to support the finance function during a critical transformation period. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead FP&A and support M&A activity.
- Manage and mentor a small finance team, including a Management Accountant.
- Drive strategic initiatives and strengthen financial controls and reporting.
- Own month-end performance review and reporting, delivering actionable insights.
- Spearhead optimization of the ERP system for enhanced reporting automation.
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver transformation projects aligned with strategic goals.
Key Skills:
