The Role
Reporting directly to the CFO, you will take ownership of the finance function and be responsible for implementing new financial controls and set of management accounts.
- Implementing Xero and ensuring finance systems are fit for purpose
- Producing monthly management accounts from scratch
- Establishing financial controls and governance processes
- Improving the quality and timeliness of management information
- Providing accurate financial insight to support decision-making
The Ideal Candidate
- Immediately available and able to start at short notice
- Experienced Finance Manager, Financial Controller or Interim Finance Lead
- Strong knowledge of Xero implementation and process improvement beneficial
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Salary & Benefits
- £350-£4000 per day (Outside IR35)
