Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and delivery of accurate and timely monthly management accounts
- Oversight and review of balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Business partnering with key internal stakeholders to provide financial insight and support decision-making
- Drive process improvement initiatives across the finance function to enhance efficiency and control
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
Key Skills:
- A fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ICAS, or equivalent) or qualified by experience
- Strong background in management accounting and financial reporting
- Proven experience in balance sheet review and reconciliation
