Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the AP/AR and payroll functions
- Managing and supporting a small finance team
- Ensuring smooth running of daily financial operations
- Reviewing processes and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency
- Month-end close and reporting
- Budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Business partnering with non-finance teams
- Supporting the Financial Controller/FD with ad hoc projects
Key Skills:
- A qualified or QBE Finance Manager with strong transactional finance experience
- Previous experience managing or mentoring a team
- Hands-on, adaptable, and confident working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong systems skills
