Summary: We're seeking an experienced Finance Manager to cover a 12-month maternity leave for a well-established business. This role will be responsible for the group's treasury function and will also support broader financial management and reporting. The position requires strong leadership in cashflow forecasting and compliance with treasury policies. The Finance Manager will provide financial insights to senior leadership and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on cashflow forecasting and liquidity management
• Manage relationships with banking partners and financial institutions
• Oversee group treasury policies and ensure compliance
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Provide financial insights to senior leadership and support strategic decision-making
• Work closely with external auditors during year-end audit
• Manage and mentor junior finance team members as required

Key Skills:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Proven experience in treasury and wider financial management
• Strong technical accounting knowledge
• Confident communicator, able to liaise with senior stakeholders
• Available to start within 2-4 weeks
