Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete revenue cycle, including contract validation, invoicing, and collections.
- Manage vendor onboarding, purchase orders, invoice processing, and payment cycles.
- Supervise the monthly payroll process in partnership with HR and external payroll providers.
- Review VAT returns for accuracy and timely submission.
- Manage intercompany billing, reconciliations, and eliminations.
- Identify opportunities to improve and streamline finance processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to embed a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Skills:
- ACCA or ACA qualified or degree in Accounting / Finance.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of Contract to Cash and Purchase to Pay processes.
- Experience with payroll and commission processes in a multi-country environment.
- Solid understanding of VAT regulations and intercompany accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.

THE ROLE We're seeking a Finance Manager to lead and manage key financial operations, initially on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end Contract to Cash and Purchase to Pay processes, managing payroll and commission schemes, conducting VAT reviews, and owning all intercompany transactions. We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded individual who can act as a change agent within the finance function. The successful candidate will bring a track record of process improvement and transformation, driving efficiencies and enhancing controls through the optimisation of systems and workflows. Strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software are essential. Responsibilities Contract to Cash Oversee the complete revenue cycle, including contract validation, invoicing and collections. Ensure timely and accurate billing aligned with contractual obligations. Collaborate with the Sales team to streamline contract processes and mitigate risk. Monitor accounts receivable ageing and drive improvements in Days Sales Outstanding. Purchase to Pay Manage vendor onboarding, purchase orders, invoice processing and payment cycles. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and internal controls. Work closely with department heads to forecast procurement needs and manage cash outflows. Review and reconcile accounts payable to ensure timely vendor payments and avoid penalties. Payroll and Commission Supervise the monthly payroll process in partnership with HR and external payroll providers. Ensure compliance with tax and labour regulations related to employee compensation. Calculate, validate and process employee commissions according to incentive plans. Provide reporting and analytics on payroll costs and commission structures. VAT Review and Compliance Review VAT returns for accuracy and timely submission. Ensure correct VAT treatment across transactions and maintain alignment with local tax laws. Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure full compliance. Monitor changes in VAT legislation and update internal processes accordingly. Intercompany Transactions Manage intercompany billing, reconciliations and eliminations. Ensure accurate posting and documentation of intercompany transactions. Support group consolidation processes and ensure compliance with transfer pricing policies. Process Improvement and Transformation Identify opportunities to improve and streamline finance processes. Lead and support the implementation of systems upgrades or new tools that enhance efficiency and accuracy. Drive automation, enhance internal controls and ensure scalability of finance operations to support business growth. Collaborate with stakeholders to embed a culture of continuous improvement.
Essential Qualifications WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR ACCA or ACA qualified or degree in Accounting / Finance. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
