Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the CFO to manage cash flow, profit, and balance sheet, including ownership of monthly management accounts and weekly sales reporting.
- Lead the annual budgeting and mid-year forecasting processes.
- Deliver financial analysis and insights on project profitability and staff utilisation.
- Oversee global banking, credit card usage, and payment processes.
- Manage global payroll via outsourced providers across multiple regions.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, balance sheet reconciliations, and expense processing.
- Ensure statutory financial reporting and tax compliance across the UK, US, and India, including transfer pricing and VAT.
- Drive systems and process improvements, including adoption of automation and AI tools.
Key Skills:
- Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA) with at least experience within a small or mid-sized organization.
- Strong knowledge of multi-currency accounting and international consolidations.
- Hands-on experience with UK and US payroll processes.
- Skilled in financial analysis, forecasting, and project accounting.
- Exceptional communication skills, able to present financial information to non-financial audiences.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Having worked with some of the leading businesses within their respective fields, our client has gained an incredible reputation in the professional services space. As a result of their success, our client has grown to having a presence in the US and India, in addition to their London base. As such, this opportunity will require the successful candidate to be comfortable working across multiple time zones on certain occasions. With headcount at circa 70 across the 3 countries, there is still a tight knit feel to the group, despite operating in different time zones.
The Role This is a 12-month FTC (with strong potential for it to go temp-to-perm), created to support continued international growth and operational excellence. The Finance Manager will report directly to the CFO and act as the main point of contact for global finance operations, ensuring robust financial control and providing strategic business support. The company is experiencing sustained expansion and is investing in improving systems and processes to strengthen financial performance across multiple entities.
Responsibilities:

Salary: £64,000 - £68,000 per annum (depending on experience) + excellent benefits and employee wellbeing package.
Location: Central London (Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office)
