Summary: The Finance Manager - UK Supply role is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Greater Manchester, aimed at qualified management accountants. The position involves overseeing financial management for specific products, leading a small team, and engaging in business partnership activities. Key Responsibilities:

• Management Review and Reporting under Mark to Market accounting, providing meaningful commentary and analysis
• Business Partnership in regard to product books, providing information on the financial aspects related to the division
• Reconciliation of Back Office accounting to P&L of Middle Office
• Business Planning and Financial Analysis
• Continuous Improvement
• Ensuring relationship management within the immediate and wider business
• Management, coaching and development of the immediate team
• Data analytics
• Ad hoc tasks, as requested

Key Skills:

• ACCA / CIMA qualified with industry experience
• Strong management accounting
• Experience in a fast paced organisation within industry
• Inquisitive and accountable with regards to forecasting and budgeting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Business partnering skills to liaise with different levels of stakeholders both internally and externally
• Commercial acumen, ideally with experience of Mark to Market accounting
• Management of a small team
• Excellent IT skills
• Strong Excel skills
• Ideally experience with Oracle
• Must be able to work under pressure, and have the ability to analyse and interpret large quantities of data in line with internal controls and reporting timetables
• Happy to work on a hybrid basis 3 days a week in the office
