Summary: ADP is seeking enthusiastic students for a 12-month paid finance internship starting in September 2026 at their Staines office. The role offers practical experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis. Interns will work in a hybrid environment, gaining valuable insights and skills while contributing to the finance team. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing monthly reports and reviewing financial performance
- Support FP&A team throughout Forecast/Budget process
- Review and analyse financial data building historic trends
- Participate in meetings with external auditors and tax advisers
- Assist with the annual audit & month end related tasks
- Post journals and gain experience working with an ERP business system (Oracle)
- Prepare sound balance sheet reconciliations and support for all UK Managed entities as required
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
