Key Responsibilities:

- Help prepare investor materials and lender presentations
- Assist with portfolio performance tracking and returns analysis vs. underwriting
- Ad hoc market research on lenders, comparable transactions, and debt terms
Key Skills:
- Relevant experience in Real Estate finance
- Professional fluency in French, German, Dutch or Italian (preferred)

Candidate Profile
Relevant experience in Real Estate finance
Professional fluency in French, German, Dutch or Italian (preferred)
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Real estate or private equity exposure preferred
