Summary: The Finance Foundation Apprenticeship Scheme at HMRC offers individuals the opportunity to start or advance their careers in finance through a structured three-year program. Participants will engage in work placements across various Finance teams, gaining practical experience while studying for the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) qualifications. Key Responsibilities:

• Analysis of the ledger to understand the financial position and support the team in producing financial reports.
• Provide support in producing accounts and estimates by collating evidence and information, performing reconciliations, and ensuring data inputs and transfers to systems are actioned.
• Accurately record transactional data and support an appropriate level of evidence collection.
• Partner with business areas and other stakeholders to help them follow processes accurately.
• Assist in maintaining and improving the quality of data, including data cleansing and maintaining process maps.
