Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Finance Partnering: Work closely with senior leadership as a trusted advisor, delivering sharp insights on unit economics, margins, budget performance, and cash runway to drive high-impact decisions
  • Own the Finance Engine: Take full responsibility for day-to-day finance operations — from core accounting and reporting through to payables, receivables, and payroll — ensuring a smooth, scalable foundation as the business grows
  • Build & Scale the Finance Stack: Lead the evolution of finance systems and processes, implementing best-in-class tools (ERP, expenses, payroll) to support a fast-scaling, PE-backed environment
  • Fundraising & Investor Readiness: Support a private equity-backed growth journey by maintaining robust equity records and owning the preparation of financials for fundraising, investor reporting, and board engagement
  • Planning, Forecasting & Scenario Modelling: Own and continuously refine the financial model, providing dynamic forecasts and scenario analysis to support rapid growth and strategic planning
