Summary: The Finance Director role is a 7-month fixed-term contract based in Holborn, London, focusing on leading a dynamic Finance function within a prominent UK bank. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of regulatory reporting, financial control, financial reporting, tax, and operational finance.
- Deliver accurate, timely information to senior leadership, the Board, regulators, and external markets.
- Drive process improvements through automation and system enhancements.
- Advise on prudential regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Support strategic initiatives alongside the CFO and senior leadership team.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of around 30 colleagues.
- Represent Finance at key committees and internal forums.

- A deep understanding of banking finance, regulatory frameworks, and accounting standards.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development experience.
