Summary: Driven and engaging Finance Director needed for a commercially focused Not for Profit organization on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role requires overseeing financial operations, including planning, budgeting, and analysis, while implementing financial strategies for growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial operations of the company and its trading subsidiaries.
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Identify and analyze new business opportunities for scaling the organization.
- Lead the rollout of a new finance system, requiring system implementation experience.
