Summary: Driven and engaging Finance Director needed for a commercially focused Not for Profit organization on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The ideal candidate will have experience in a No1 finance role, particularly within membership organizations or SMEs, and must be a formally qualified accountant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial operations of the company and its trading subsidiaries.
- Conduct financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Identify and analyze new business opportunities for scaling up the organization.
- Lead the rollout of a new finance system, requiring experience in system implementation.
