Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple P&Ls across the Group (likely between 5-8)
• Manage the team of 7, ensuring they have development and progression opportunities
• Producing monthly and year-end reports as well as oversight of management accounts
• Commercial support, strategic analysis, and decision support to the CEO and board
• Working with international corporation tax reporting as well as insurance and payroll
• Managing the P&L and balance sheet
• Improving the quality of variance analysis and assessing time utilisation
• Implementing a robust financial infrastructure
• Leading the growth strategy and advising around acquisitions

Key Skills:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified

• Proactive and good communication skills
