- Financial Operations & Compliance

- Establish robust financial forecasting, budgeting and scenario planning processes across all three business divisions.
- Leadership & Team Development
- Build and develop a high-performing finance team, ensuring strong succession planning.
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and banks.
- Champion change management and culture development within the finance team and across the wider business during periods of rapid scale.
Essential What we need from you
- Proven experience as a Finance Director, Head of Finance, or equivalent role.
- Demonstrable experience supporting a rapidly scaling business, ideally at similar revenue stages (£10M£20M).
- Strong expertise in financial strategy, forecasting, budgeting, and commercial finance.
- In-depth knowledge of UK tax regulations, and corporate finance.
- Experience in financial risk management and governance.
- Ability to translate complex financial data into strategic business insights.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- ACCA, CIMA, or ACA qualification.
