Summary: The Interim Finance Director will provide strategic financial leadership for a high-end engineering and technology business during a crucial transition period. This role involves overseeing the company's financial health, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting strategic decision-making. The position is based in Havant and is expected to last for an initial period of 6 months. The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO and manage the finance function effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the finance function, ensuring effective financial management, reporting, and planning.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Provide accurate and timely financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, tax obligations, and company policies.

• Work closely with department heads to optimize financial performance and cost control.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
