Key Responsibilities:

Interim Finance Director – 9 month fixed term contract

We are currently recruiting exclusively for an experienced finance leader for this interesting not for profit organisation – as the Finance Director you will be required to lead and strategically support the organisation which is currently going through some key changes and looking to complete on a key restructure project.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this Finance Director role will be hands on and a varied role, the main responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and risk management, with total responsibility for the financial strategy and performance.
- Overseeing day-to-day running of the finance department with management of a small team.
- Leading budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and financial reporting.
- Preparing the consolidated statutory accounts and compliance with accounting standards.
- Ensuring robust governance for the senior management team.
Requirements for this role:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant with significant post qualified experience.
- Strong finance leadership experience
- A self-starter with experience in a ‘hands-on’ Director of Finance role
- You must possess the gravitas to work alongside the senior leadership team as a strategic partner
- A first-class communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
