Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow the finance function in line with business needs.

- Deliver clear, insightful reports to the management and wider leadership team.
- Provide financial insight and analysis to support strategic and operational decisions.

- Build, refine and automate back office processes.
- Support future fundraising efforts by managing data rooms and providing consistent financial information.

As the company continues to expand, they are seeking a Finance Director to join their leadership team and report directly to the CFO. This is a pivotal role, offering the opportunity to shape and build a high-performing finance function from the ground up.
