Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic financial guidance and support to the company’s executive team.
- Oversee all aspects of financial planning and management, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and financial reporting.
- Ensure robust financial systems and processes are in place to support the company’s growth and operational efficiency.
- Lead and manage the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including investors, banks, and external auditors.
- Drive the financial planning of the company by analysing its performance and risks.
- Retain constant awareness of the company’s financial position and act to prevent problems.
- Set up and oversee the company’s finance IT system.
- Manage the company’s capital investment and expenditure.
- Support the CEO with the preparation of monthly and annual financial plans.
- Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings.
