Summary: The Finance Coordinator role at a large not-for-profit organization in London involves supporting the Finance Team by coordinating project plans and ensuring timely execution of activities. The position requires effective communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders, as well as administrative support to the Finance director team. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement with two days at home and three days in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support across the Finance Team, coordinating project plans and ensuring timely execution of cyclical activities.
  • Maintain comprehensive project plans for Finance activities, monitoring progress and identifying delays or issues.
  • Act as a central point of communication within the Finance team, facilitating effective information sharing and collaboration.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure alignment and adherence to project plans and deadlines.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the Finance director team, including raising Purchase Orders and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, resolving disputes and providing support related to Finance activities.

Key Skills:

  • Prior experience in a project management or coordination role.
  • Good understanding of the role of Finance within a Business.
  • Able to resolve issues through data analysis and proven problem-solving techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Salary (Rate): £27.50
