Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the annual budget and quarterly forecast process across all business units.
• Collaborate with local business managers to define and propose improvement projects for budget inclusion.
• Manage financial reporting to ensure visibility of performance versus targets.
• Challenge operational performance and advise management on financial topics.
• Participate in assessing business cases for operational investments and performance improvement projects.
• Conduct financial controlling activities in categories such as Recurring Cost, Inventory, Non-Recurring Cost, and Capex Jigs/Tools.

Key Skills:

• Qualified Accountant (CIMA preferred) with at least 2 years PQE in a manufacturing or commercial environment.
• Knowledge and experience in SAP or equivalent financial reporting tools.
• Ability to work in a dynamic team with a positive, proactive mindset.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with multiple stakeholders.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
