Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Finance stakeholders to support the delivery of finance transformation activity
- Act as a hands-on Finance Change BA, capturing, analysing and documenting finance requirements
- Support the translation of finance change into clear, actionable deliverables
- Engage across finance teams to ensure change is Embedded effectively in a regulated insurance environment
- Contribute to shaping and supporting finance-led change initiatives from initiation through to delivery
- Operate within a central finance change team supporting multiple business areas
Key Skills:
- CIMA or ACCA qualified
- Proven Finance Change experience (finance-led change, not Change IT)
- Insurance experience is essential (London Market or wider insurance)
- Strong background in finance transformation activities
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, delivery-focused change environment
