Summary: The RNLI is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join its Financial Planning & Analysis team, focusing on providing financial decision support and analysis across the organization. Key Responsibilities:

Our Finance Business Partners support and work with customers across the organisation through the planning, budget and forecasting processes and help identify risks and opportunities to planned activities. About The Role The successful candidate will be required to provide a first-class financial decision support and analysis service to both departments and to major projects within the RNLI, by providing the right information, to the right people, at the right time, for the right decisions. In The Role, You Will Build strong relationships with your customers to lead and provide a full financial guidance, coaching and support service Assist customers with financial planning and forecasting including looking up to 5 years ahead Attend relevant departmental and project meetings, ensuring there is a finance presence where appropriate Deliver regular financial reports and ad-hoc financial analysis for your customers, finance department and external auditors Actively promote the benefit of the Finance department to other areas of the RNLI
About You Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, whilst previous business partnering experience in a fast-paced commercial environment would be advantageous. We are looking for a great communicator, with the ability to provide financial expertise and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel with good supporting knowledge of PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and Internet applications is essential. Knowledge of Microsoft AX Dynamics is desirable though not essential. You will need to be at least part-qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or similar) or qualified by experience.
