Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end finance business partnering support to operational and manufacturing functions
- Deliver high-quality financial insight to support decision-making, performance management, and cost control
- Partner with senior operational stakeholders to understand financial drivers, risks, and opportunities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across the business
- Ensure effective financial governance and reporting processes are in place
- Act as a key interface between Finance and operational leadership
- Support continuous improvement across financial processes and reporting
Key Skills:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Significant experience in Finance Business Partnering within operational or manufacturing environments
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable insight
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Strong systems and financial analysis capability
