Key Responsibilities:
- Advise Director-level operational stakeholders on strategy and commercial decisions
- Present to senior management and influence key business outcomes
- Ensure projects stay on track and within budget whilst forecasting future spend
- Deliver high-quality analysis that drives operational performance
- Conduct investment appraisals, business cases, and scenario planning
- Provide quarterly forecasts and support strategic planning processes
- Present financial results to regional teams and non-financial audiences
Key Skills:
- Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA) with ~2 years post-qualification experience
- Proven experience supporting operational stakeholders with financial analysis
- Exceptional communication skills at all levels, including C-suite
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling expertise
- Natural influencer who can challenge senior stakeholders constructively
- Ability to present complex financial information compellingly to operational audiences
- Strong commercial acumen with project management skills
