Key Responsibilities:
- Partnering with operations teams to deliver actionable financial insights
- Building and refining cost models to improve visibility across production and supply chain
- Analysing material and labour efficiency trends and highlighting improvement opportunities
- Supporting planning cycles, including budgets, forecasts, and monthly performance reviews
- Shaping dashboards and reports that support quick, strategic decisions
- Helping to develop commercial scenarios and business cases for investment decisions
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure data is accurate, relevant, and well understood
- Assisting in board reporting packs and senior stakeholder communications
Key Skills:
- Solid FP&A experience with an operational, commercial, or manufacturing slant
- Proficiency in Excel
- Qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA – or equivalent experience)
- Confidence in dealing with senior stakeholders and navigating competing priorities
- Initiative in identifying process gaps and implementing improvements
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong commercial acumen and interest in the impact of numbers
