Key Responsibilities:
- Produce and manage clear financial and management reports, including variance and cost analysis.
- Challenge and support financial performance, identifying exceptions and driving improvements.
- Prepare and review financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and complete accurate reconciliations.
- Promote and improve financial processes to help managers drive performance.
- Lead robust forecasting, budgeting, and support business planning.
- Partner with non-financial senior stakeholders and teams to improve reporting understanding.
- Identify and assess risk in line with policies and controls.
Key Skills:
- Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA).
- Strong background in management accounts and business partnering.
- Skilled in financial reporting and Excel.
- Resilient under pressure and focused on continuous improvement.
Salary (Rate): £60,000.00 yearly
