Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce and manage clear financial and management reports, including variance and cost analysis.
  • Challenge and support financial performance, identifying exceptions and driving improvements.
  • Prepare and review financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and complete accurate reconciliations.
  • Promote and improve financial processes to help managers drive performance.
  • Lead robust forecasting, budgeting, and support business planning.
  • Partner with non-financial senior stakeholders and teams to improve reporting understanding.
  • Identify and assess risk in line with policies and controls.

Key Skills:

  • Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA).
  • Strong background in management accounts and business partnering.
  • Skilled in financial reporting and Excel.
  • Resilient under pressure and focused on continuous improvement.

Salary (Rate): £60,000.00 yearly
