  • Improve reporting systems, ensuring data integrity and efficiency
  • Present financial insights to non-finance stakeholders in a clear, impactful way
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and influence strategic decisions
  • Support senior finance leadership and mentor junior team members
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly management reports with insightful commentary
  • Conduct variance analysis and identify cost and revenue drivers
  • Create KPI dashboards tailored to business units
  • Conduct regular financial reviews with senior stakeholders
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements

Key Skills:

  • Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
  • Advanced Excel capability and Power BI would be advantageous
  • Financial modelling and analytical capability

Paragon Brand Services are looking for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join their team on a 6-month fixed term contract.
