Summary: The Finance Business Partner role is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in a hybrid model in Bristol, UK. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary finance liaison for the Commercial Division’s senior leadership, attending key meetings and influencing financial decisions.
- Own and manage the divisional Profit & Loss, providing robust reporting and insight to support decision-making.
- Lead budget and forecasting activities for the division.
- Evaluate and challenge resource efficiency, investment strategies, and associated business performance.
- Ensure all financial reporting is aligned with policy, governance frameworks, and external compliance standards.
- Provide high-quality analysis and interpretation to support strategic planning.
- Participate in wider business engagements for greater context behind financial metrics.
- Contribute to the continuous development of the Business Partnering function.
Key Skills:
- Qualified Accountant with at least 3 years post-qualification experience.
