  • Strategic Support: Build robust business cases and ensure financial decisions are well-vetted and aligned with policy.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex financial data into clear insights for non-finance stakeholders.
  • Performance Reporting: Deliver monthly reports with commentary, track variances, and support mitigation planning.
  • Cost Analysis: Provide detailed analysis and insight for overheads and projects.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Financial Control to ensure accuracy of financial postings.
  • Process Improvement: Drive enhancements in financial systems and processes, including tools like Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Key Skills:

  • Qualified Accountant (CIMA or ACCA)
  • Strong analytical and inquisitive mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovative environment
  • Skilled in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with financial systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills, especially with senior stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented and capable of handling large data sets

Finance Business Partner

Location: Farnborough (3 days per week on-site)
Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract Duration: Until 31st March 2025 (with potential for extension)
Rate: 29.59/hour PAYE 39.50/hour Umbrella
Security Clearance: BPSS+ (to be completed by client security team)
IR35 Status: Off-payroll working rules apply
