Key Responsibilities:
- Producing monthly reports on project performance for senior leadership and governance boards.
- Supporting project managers with robust forecasting and adherence to accounting standards.
- Leading financial scrutiny of business cases, ensuring value for money and compliance.
- Managing and maintaining the fixed asset register in line with accounting requirements.
- Leading the creation and monitoring of the Medium-Term Capital Plan (MTCP).
- Shaping and enforcing capital policies and providing guidance across the business.
- Acting as the primary financial lead for audits relating to capital and projects.
- Collaborating with Procurement and Business Leads on tenders to ensure fiscal oversight.
