Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner directly with the Chief Transformation Officer, providing financial insight and challenge across the change portfolio
  • Design and implement financial reporting frameworks for the transformation programme
  • Track programme costs, investment and run rate savings across multiple initiatives
  • Own benefits realisation tracking, ensuring financial and operational benefits are measured and validated
  • Build, review and challenge transformation business cases to maximise ROI
  • Support programme level budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting cycles
  • Produce clear, decision-ready reporting for senior executives, steering committees and boards
  • Partner with FP&A, programme teams and business units to ensure strong financial governance
  • Identify financial risks and opportunities and support mitigation planning

Key Skills:

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Strong background in finance business partnering or programme finance
  • Proven experience supporting large scale change or transformation programmes
  • Hands-on experience with cost tracking, business cases and benefits realisation
  • Comfortable operating in fast paced, ambiguous environments
  • High credibility with senior stakeholders and strong influencing skills
  • Commercially astute, detail-oriented and outcome driven

The Role

As Senior Finance Business Partner - Transformation, you'll be the financial link between the Transformation Office and the wider finance function. You'll support the CTO and programme leaders with robust financial control, transparent reporting and providing commercially astute challenges across the programme.
