Key Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling to support strategic objectives.
• Act as a trusted finance partner to senior leadership, providing insights and challenge to drive commercial decision-making.
• Develop and enhance financial reporting, delivering meaningful KPIs and variance analysis.
• Conduct sensitivity analysis and support cost efficiency initiatives.
• Assess opportunities, risks, and financial impacts of strategic initiatives.
• Identify and implement enhancements to financial systems, reporting, and planning processes.
• Support period-end close, prepare board reports, and present findings to leadership teams.

Key Skills:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with a strong background in FP&A and business partnering.
• Proven experience in a commercial finance or FP&A role.
• Strong financial modelling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders with clear, insightful financial advice.
