What will I be doing? Be the financial voice at the table—guiding pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and investment decisions with sharp insight and commercial acumen. Take the lead on financial planning, forecasting, and performance tracking for OEM accounts, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve. What do I need? Capability, Knowledge And Experience Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner role, in a similar size and complexity of business. Experience in senior Leadership stakeholder management Experience in preparing leadership level presentations and distilling complex technical topics to Exec or Board level Ability to present financial information in a concise and confident manner to both financial and non-financial staff Education And Qualifications Professional qualification in finance ACCA, ACA, CIMA or similar.
