6-Month Fixed-Term Contract £70,000 - £80,000 per annum

Robert Half is partnering with a well-established, nationwide organisation to recruit a Finance Business Partner - Operations on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

This is a high-impact role, acting as the finance lead for Operations, supporting the development and delivery of short, medium and long-term strategic plans across a large operational cost base spanning multiple depot sites and head office cost centres.

The Role

  • Act as a trusted finance business partner to Operations
  • Lead forecasting, budgeting and business planning activity across the operational cost base
  • Deliver insightful analysis of financial results and performance drivers
  • Support operational decision-making, cost management and efficiency initiatives
  • Prepare and review investment appraisals and business cases
  • Balance operational support with wider FP&A and finance function requirements

Your Profile
