Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the Product and Supply pillars of the IBP process for accurate financial evaluations of forecasts and budgets.
• Prepare and support stakeholders to ensure optimal business decisions linked to investment cases and EBIT enhancement opportunities.
• Exploit data to identify and leverage opportunities for profitable growth.
• Control and manage margins through the NPD Stage and Gate process.
• Manage customer terms, artwork, and origination costs.
• Prepare financial support for promotional activation to drive revenue and profit growth.
• Own the financial elements of commodity tracking, inflation recovery, and JBP’s.
• Drive continuous improvement through process alignment and team engagement.
• Provide leadership and direction to develop a high-performing team.

Key Skills:

• Qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• Commercial finance experience within Retail, Manufacturing, or FMCG.
