Key Responsibilities:
- Business partner senior stakeholders across the group, providing high-quality financial insight and commercial challenge

- Deliver meaningful variance analysis, KPI reporting and performance dashboards
- Drive consistency, controls and best practice across a complex multi-entity environment
- Support strategic initiatives, investment cases and long-term planning
Key Skills:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong experience in a Group Finance, FP&A or Finance Business Partnering role within a fast-paced environment
- Confident working with senior leadership and non-finance stakeholders
- Highly analytical with the ability to turn data into commercial insight

You will act as a key link between Group Finance and operational leadership, providing clear, actionable insight and challenging where necessary to maximise profitability and return on investment.
