Key Responsibilities:
- Support finance change activities across a SAP S/4HANA transformation programme
- Conduct change impact assessments and analyse business readiness
- Engage with finance stakeholders across multiple business areas
- Support communication and engagement activities
- Work alongside Change, Training, and Communications leads to ensure successful adoption
- Assist with training alignment and readiness planning
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies relating to finance change
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Finance Business Analyst
- Strong background supporting finance transformation or ERP programmes
- Experience working closely with Change Managers, Change Leads, or Transformation teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience delivering change impact assessments and readiness activities
- Ability to work within complex organisational environments

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Finance Business Analyst to join a major SAP S/4HANA transformation programme within a prestigious London-based organisation.
Working as part of the Finance Change team, you will support the delivery of a large-scale finance transformation initiative, partnering closely with the Finance Change Lead to drive business readiness, stakeholder engagement, and successful adoption of new ways of working.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Finance BA who enjoys operating at the intersection of finance, transformation, and change management rather than a purely technical or process-focused Business Analyst role.
