Key Responsibilities:
- Work with finance stakeholders to identify, shape and prioritise business requirements
- Lead process analysis workshops to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement
- Produce functional and non-functional requirements aligned to business objectives
- Develop user stories, acceptance criteria and supporting documentation
- Map data flows across finance processes
- Support delivery within agile and/or waterfall frameworks
- Contribute to solution design, estimation and delivery discussions
Key Skills:
- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst within Finance or Finance Operations teams
- Strong understanding of core finance processes including: Record to Report (R2R), Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P)
- Experience supporting finance transformation, systems implementations or process improvement initiatives
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across finance and technology teams
- Comfortable working independently in fast-paced delivery environments

We’re looking for an experienced Finance Business Analyst to support a programme of finance process improvement and transformation. This role requires someone with hands-on experience in finance operations, rather than general financial services BA experience. You’ll partner closely with finance stakeholders and technical teams to identify opportunities, shape requirements and deliver solutions that improve financial systems and processes.
